
We have combined all the technical functions of Dressta in one Department in order to provide streamlined, efficient and responsive organization capable to react expediently in a professional manner to any technical and product support issues that may occur in our interactions with our customers, distributors and product suppliers.
The four basic functions of the Dressta Department of Technology and Technical Services are:
Quality, quality and quality has always been the top priority for Dressta mission.
Before we accept any product from a supplier our Quality Assurance Team would carefully examine the product for its adherence to the required specifications as well as for quality of workmanship, components used and performance. The Quality Team is also responsible for supervision of major quality issues, audits and tests when introducing new models, quality improvements and modifications, interaction with suppliers on continuous quality development programs and qualification of the vendors.

Once the machine is delivered to our Customer, Dressta Service and Product Support takes over. Our service support is available to our customers in form of distributor service, authorized service organizations as well as Dressta direct service. The functions of our Service and Product Support include Service Engineering providing responses to all field questions, recommendations for field actions, classifications of problems and formulation of recommendations, providing information related to potential product problems and solutions, warranty processing and extended warranty coverage.
We realize that only the first machine is sold by a salesman. The next one is sold based on confidence that we can support the machine to the customer satisfaction.
We believe that education of operators, maintenance and service people is very important element in our struggle for customer satisfaction. Our Service Publication and Training group offers variety of operation, maintenance and service trainings supported by quality product support and service literature available in both electronic and hard copy format.
Our world wide Extranet support system allows for interactive access to the latest editions of our service and product support literature. The system facilitates proper identification of parts and formulation of spare parts orders.
Dressta Product Development and Engineering functions are intended to provide feedback from most competitive markets and concept information for program and project definition. We also provide financing for specific development projects.
