The SB-85 PT conveyor-belt equipment has been designed to shift conveyors with the belt width up to 2500 mm as well as slidable railway tracks. This kind of the equipment is ideal for use in the open pit mines, in difficult areas at high dampness of the ground.
It consists of a boom system on the left side, hydraulic or mechanical head, a counterweights platform on the right hand side, pumps, valves hoses, cables, hook and blocks. Counterweights are located on the right hand side of the platform.
The welded box –section, adjustable boom is controlled with hydraulic cylinder. The raising and lowering speed can be changed steplessly. The hook block raising and lowering is controlled with hydraulic hook cylinder located on the top of boom. Speed of hook can be changed steplessly. The moving equipment is equipped with a hydraulic or mechanical head for working with rails S49, S60 and P65.
